The Wolves outlasted the Lakers for a thrilling 116-113 victory in Game 4 at Target Center to take a 3-1 series lead in a game that will go down as a classic in the Anthony Edwards era.

Sullivan out as Penguins coach after 10 seasons, no replacement named

The Pittsburgh Penguins and coach Mike Sullivan agreed to part ways Monday, with general manager Kyle Dubas saying it was “time for change.”
Sullivan was 409-255-89 in 10 seasons and was the second-longest tenured coach in the NHL, behind Jon Cooper of the Tampa Bay Lightning (13 seasons). The 57-year-old is the Penguins’ all-time leader in coaching wins in the regular season and Stanley Cup Playoffs (44).

MLB commissioner says he plans to issue ruling on possible reinstatement for Pete Rose

According to The Associated Press, Manfred said to plans to rule on the request that would end Rose’s permanent ban from MLB.
The AP reported that Manfred had a meeting with President Donald Trump earlier this month, during which Rose’s status was discussed.
Rose was permanently banned from MLB over gambling allegations in 1989. He applied for reinstatement several times before his death last September.
Fan ejected after heckling Duran about mental health
A fan at Progressive Field on Sunday made an inappropriate comment to Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran relating to his prior suicide attempt.
After Duran flied out to center field in the seventh inning, a fan yelled at Duran, “Go (expletive) kill yourself.” That’s according to a source near the dugout.
In Netflix’s Red Sox documentary released April 8, Duran opened up about his mental health struggles.

Son of Falcons coordinator admits to prank during NFL Draft

The son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich orchestrated Friday’s prank call to Shedeur Sanders amid the quarterback prospect’s fall in the NFL draft.
The Falcons released a statement Sunday apologizing for 21-year-old Jax Ulbrich’s hoax after it was reported that the NFL was investigating the prank, in which the caller purported to be New Orleans Saints general manager Mickey Loomis.
A brief video posted on social media showed Sanders taking the call.
Washington Commanders reveal $3B stadium plan

The Washington Commanders plan to return to their namesake city under a more than $3 billion deal to create a new roofed stadium for year-round events on the site of the team's historic home.
District leaders and Commanders ownership outlined their plans Monday to build a new stadium on the 170-plus acre site of the mothballed Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) Memorial Stadium along the banks of the Anacostia River.
The team's eight-mile move west back into the District of Columbia — after nearly three decades in Prince George's County, Maryland — comes as the team has been reinvigorated with new ownership under billionaire Josh Harris and young quarterback Jayden Daniels.
